Light green apple in color with aromas of apricot and pears. The flavor is soft and elegant with notes of white peaches and a touch of vanilla. A well structured and dry persistent finish makes this pair well with mushroom risotto and walnuts. 

Between the Vines : Chardonnay 

California, USA

Notes of tropical fruit and yellow apple are balanced by sweet flavors of vanilla and notes of buttery spice. Full-bodied and easy-drinking, the finish ends on a note of lemon cream. Match with chicken in a creamy tarragon sauce.
